IRIS Telecommunication GmbH commenced operations in June 2015 and has since established itself as a stable partner for national and international network operators.

The object of the company is the provision of services in the field of construction, expansion, commissioning and maintenance of telecommunications networks.

IRIS Telecommunication is based in Halle/Saale.

 

 

We are active throughout Germany with our projects and also operate project offices in the respective regions, depending on the order.

We are a 100% subsidiary of the stock market listed Nokia Group and act as a service company for Nokia throughout Germany.

IRIS Telecommunication also has sister companies in Austria, Poland, France and Turkey, among others.

Service desk for digital radio networks

Fault processing

  • With specially trained support team, we ensure the control of your networks by means of monitoring.

  • We provide support for technical inquiries from your users and, if necessary, channel these requirements directly to the digital radio network operator.

  • We are a responsible and certified contact for processing fault reports „around the clock“. Faults are localized, resolved and documented using analysis and ticket systems.
